Led the vision and design for the office's single front door, with an AI-assisted "Ask Us Anything" search that guided anyone at the firm to the right person, program, or asset.
Set the vision for a self-serve platform that turned gated, days-long data requests into 24/7 intelligence any leader could reach in the moment.
A national online marketplace connecting Canadian small businesses with shoppers across the country, with discovery, curated collections, and a seamless checkout.
Rebuilt a dated, in-person membership sign-up into a seamless online checkout, so members could join, add features and classes, or add a family member, all online.
I've spent years leading design teams toward their best work, and I've learned it never comes from pushing harder. It comes from trust, and the autonomy and collaboration that grow from it.
So I built a simple framework I call the Trust Triangle: a lens for creating the conditions where people do high-quality, ambitious work, clear on what matters, trusted to own the path, and supported enough to take risks and ask for help.
Leads to understanding
Without clarity, priorities feel vague and people default to task-chasing or perfectionism. So I make sure my team always knows what great looks like, and why it matters.

When I define the destination but leave room for my team to own the path, people feel trusted and energized. I set the direction, then invite them to shape the how.
Unblocks contribution
Even with clarity and freedom, teams need safety and coaching, or autonomy starts to feel like isolation. I work to remove blockers and make it safe to say "I'm stuck."
I've spent over a decade in product and UX design, but I began somewhere less expected, in social work. That grounding in people never left me. It's one of the reasons I lead the way I do: why I care deeply, why I invest in my people, and why I'm so invested in the work, and the purpose behind it.
I'm deeply passionate about leadership and, above all, my team's growth: developing people, passing the baton on, and giving them the safe space to think big and creatively, to fail, and to learn. I love collaborating and building alongside my team, and talking about everything design. I learn as much from them as they do from me, I'm an endless learner at heart.
I lead teams in using AI as a creative partner, not a replacement. It moves the work forward and opens up new creative directions, taking on the heavy lifting so my team stays free for the judgment, empathy, and craft only people bring. Pairing AI's speed with human-centered thinking is how we design bolder, better products.
I'm based in Toronto with my family. I love to travel, I appreciate the small things, and I bring my whole, curious self to the work I do every day.
